Boiled Peanuts. The reason Yankees don’t know about them is that they require green (fresh) peanuts, not dried or roasted. I think of them as redneck edamame. They are soft, not crunchy. Warm and salty. Addictive. If you haven’t ever had them, you are missing out. Best purchased from a man on the side of a country road in rural Georgia. Thanks for posting, spencerlewis! ...
